Scope of Audio & Visual Media

The detailed scope of work includes conceptualization, developing creative ideas, designing,
scripting, developing and production of advertisements, publicity, and other resource material,
including but not limited to Audio-visual and audio in different languages. Agencies would be
expected to follow the below process:
1. Present concept on the given subject
2. Develop several creatives based on the given concept
3. Script Finalization, Subtitle Finalization
4. Casting
5. First Cut of the AV/ Audio
6. Subsequent cuts in case needed
7. Final Cut including subtitles (Subtitles only for AV),

  1. Video Creatives for Television/ YouTube/ Social Media
  2. Creation of immersive and 360-degree videos
  3. Cinema video
  4. AVs for outdoor LED Screens
  5. AVs for outdoor Broadcasting Van
  6. Documentary Films
  7. Animation Graphics
  8. Talk shows
  9. Quickies/ Short
  10. Videos
  11. Video Editing
  12. Live videos/ streaming on social media
  13. Use of cable channels to further accentuate public outreach
  14. Any other activity that can be categorized as Audio-visual media activity
  1. Audio Creatives for Radio including Jingles
  2. Recording/Dubbing
  3. Recorded Calling/ Dialer Tones
  4. Voice Over
  5. Arranging Background Music for audio-visual creative
  6. Podcasts for digital media & radio
  7. Any other audio media services.
  8. Radio Sponsored Program/ Talk Show/ Discussions:
  9. In order to create awareness about Government of Maharashtra and related
    components, a series of Radio Sponsored Program may be developed. The
    program will be produced in a Radio Magazine format which is typically
    characterized by periodicity, variety in its content presentation- discussions, interviews, reviews, music and feedback. The content may be developed in consultation with the DGIPR Team. The agency will be responsible for but not limited to developing scripts, suggesting topics for the episodes, suggesting guests for expert advice segment/interview etc.
