To plan and conceptualize out of home media activities, develop strategy, and devise creative ideas for the media activities including production for out of home activities for various public places like bus stations, bus shelters, railway stations, metro stations, airports, etc.

  4.  Guerilla Advertising
  5.  Poll Kiosks
  6.  Digital Boards/ displays
  7.  Mobile digital displays
  8.  Illuminated signages
  9.  Digital wall paintings
  10.  Display panels
  11.  Sunboard vinyl with printing
  12.  ACP display board with UV printing
  13.  LD Foam sheet banner
  14.  Advertisement on hot air balloons
  15.  Any other activity that can be categorized as outdoor/ out of home media activity
  16. All other media allied services including but not limited to conceptualization, execution, monitoring, reporting

The detailed scope of work includes conceptualization, developing creative ideas,
designing, scripting, development and production for advertisements, publicity, and other
resource material, including but not limited to print media in different languages. Agencies
would be expected to follow the below process:

  • Present concept/ write-up on the given subject
  • Develop several creatives based on the given concept
  • Script Finalization
  • First Cut of the proposed media
  • Subsequent cuts in case needed
  • Final Cut including infographics if required.
  • Print Media creative design:
    • Design Creatives for News Papers, other print media & digital platforms,
    • Logo & Tag-line design
    • Magazine Articles development
    • Magazine Advertorials design
    • Pamphlets, Leaflets, Flyers & E-Flyers design
    • Brochures (E-Brochures, Booklets, Coffee Table books, etc.) design
    • Invitation cards, Post Cards design
    • Stage backdrop
    • QR Code based ads/ creative
    • Infographics design
    • Books, Diaries design
    • Posters, Standees design
    • Stickers design
    • Calendars/ Planners design
    • Merchandizing - bags, stationary, etc. design
    • Providing Photography Services
    • Processing/Editing photographs for use in other media
    • Photography- Building a photo bank for use in Government creatives for the Government of Maharashtra
    • Typesetting/Designing of booklets/manuscripts
    • Proof Reading of Printing material
    • Any other print media services which can be categorized as print media
  • All other allied services required by DGIPR including but not limited to conceptualization,
    execution, monitoring, reporting, production of media infrastructure related to print
    media
