Scope of Work for Print Media
The detailed scope of work includes conceptualization, developing creative ideas,
designing, scripting, development and production for advertisements, publicity, and other
resource material, including but not limited to print media in different languages. Agencies
would be expected to follow the below process:
1. Present concept/ write-up on the given subject
2. Develop several creatives based on the given concept
3. Script Finalization
4. First Cut of the proposed media
5. Subsequent cuts in case needed
6. Final Cut including infographics if required.
o Design Creatives for News Papers, other print media & digital platforms,
o Logo & Tag-line design
o Magazine Articles development
o Magazine Advertorials design
o Pamphlets, Leaflets, Flyers & E-Flyers design
o Brochures (E-Brochures, Booklets, Coffee Table books, etc.) design
o Invitation cards, Post Cards design
o Stage backdrop
o QR Code based ads/ creative
o Infographics design
o Books, Diaries design
o Posters, Standees design
o Stickers design
o Calendars/ Planners design
o Merchandizing – bags, stationary, etc. design
o Providing Photography Services
o Processing/Editing photographs for use in other media
o Photography- Building a photo bank for use in Government creatives for the
Government of Maharashtra
o Typesetting/Designing of booklets/manuscripts
o Proof Reading of Printing material
o any other print media services which can be categorized as print media
All other allied services required by DGIPR including but not limited to conceptualization, execution, monitoring, reporting, production of media infrastructure related to print media.
Agency has to submit all the soft copies of the creatives/ media/ write-ups developed for use of DGIPR.
